Set Your Own Rates
Whether you're hosting a professional for a quick 60-minute video call or a digital nomad looking for a month-long base, our flexible pricing system matches your business goals.
Hourly
Perfect for quick meetings or focused deep-work sessions.
Daily
Ideal for corporate professionals or freelancers needing a dedicated full day pass.
Weekly
Attract recurring users with slight discounts for longer stays.

Great for long-term consistency and high-quality tenants.
Dynamic Pricing & Peak Demand
Your space is more valuable when demand is high. Our interface lets you implement time-based pricing, adjusting your rates to market conditions.
Peak business hours
Set premium rates during the standard 9-to-5 window.
Weekend adjustments
Lower rates to attract casual users, or increase them for specialised weekend event spaces.
Seasonal fluctuations
Adapt to local business cycles or academic semesters to keep your space occupied year-round.
The Strategy of Competitive Benchmarking
To ensure your space doesn't just sit empty, we recommend a data-first approach to pricing.
Survey the neighbourhood
Search for similar office spaces or co-working setups in your immediate area on BoardBooking.
Evaluate your amenities
High-speed fibre, coffee, tea, or a recreational area? If your amenities exceed the local average, your price should reflect that premium.
Start lean
If you're a new host, consider an “Early Bird” introductory rate to build up your initial reviews and ranking.
